US GoM M&A | Esperanza acquires ExxonMobil’s stake in Ursa/Princess

On 21st February 2024, Esperanza Capital Partners announced the acquisition of ExxonMobil’s 15.96% stake in the Shell-operated Ursa/Princess fields in the deepwater US Gulf of Mexico. The fields both produce via the Ursa tension-leg platform (TLP), which is included in the deal.
