Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Welligence, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of our clients and our firm. We are looking for a Mid/Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Austin. You will be part of an industry-leading group led by our Head of Data Science, Nitish Goyal, and work closely with data scientists, software engineers, researchers, and business development team members. Our team brings together diverse backgrounds across statistics, computer science, and petroleum engineering.

What You'll Work On

  • Fulfilling ad-hoc data requests from teams across the business
  • Building data visualizations and dashboards that help clients (energy companies, banks, investors) make informed decisions
  • Advising engineering on data quality and architectural decisions
  • Investigating data quality issues across our global upstream database which involves reconciling production, emissions, and reserves discrepancies from country-level sources
  • Using AI tools like Claude Code daily to accelerate data investigations, analysis, and extraction

What You Bring

  • 2-8 years of experience in data analysis, manipulation, and visualization
