Welligence Egypt M&A | bp and ADNOC to form a joint venture in Egypt

On 14 February 2024, ADNOC and bp announced that they had agreed to form a joint venture in Egypt. bp will provide the assets and hold 51% of the venture, and ADNOC will pay a cash contribution for the remaining 49%.
