Norway M&A | Concedo acquires Bøyla area interest from Vår Energi

On 24 May 2024, Concedo acquired Vår Energi’s 20% interest in the Bøyla field and the Froskelår discovery for US$24 million. The effective date of the acquisition is 1 January 2024, with deal completion expected in Q4 2024.
