Brazil M&A | Westlawn Americas Offshore continues its rapid growth with US$301.7 million Brazil upstream acquisition

On 21 March 2024, Westlawn Americas Offshore (WAO) announced the acquisition of a non-operating 20% interest in the BS-4 concession from Enauta for US$301.7 million. Located in the deep waters of Brazil’s Santos Basin, the concession comprises the producing Atlanta field, the non-developed Oliva field, and additional upside.
