Welligence Norway M&A | PGNiG and Wellesley strike a win-win deal on the Ørn development

On 20 May 2022, PGNiG, a Polish oil and gas company, announced the acquisition of Wellesley’s 40% interest in the Ørn development, licence PL942, in the Norwegian Sea.
