Welligence Norway M&A | JAPEX forms JV with Longboat to enter Norway

Japan Petroleum Exploration Company (JAPEX) has invested in Longboat’s Norway operations to create the joint venture Longboat JAPEX (50.1% Longboat, 49.9% JAPEX). JAPEX will pay an initial US$16 million into the JV with US$4 million contingent on the completion of a deal for a small production asset currently in negotiation.
