Welligence North Africa and the East Med Gas | Is the region poised for growth?

Gas focussed exploration and development activity is due to increase with the Majors starting exploration campaigns and making decisions on key gas developments, and the launch of bid rounds across North Africa. Gas production from the region is at historical highs, averaging 20 Bcf/d in 2024. There is potential for this to increase by the end of this decade depending on exploration and development success.
