US GoM M&A | Karoon Energy acquires Who Dat and Dome Patrol from LLOG Exploration for US$720 million

On 16th November 2023, Karoon Energy announced it is to acquire 30% stakes in the producing Who Dat (which includes Abilene) and Dome Patrol fields from LLOG Exploration. The deal also includes the associated infrastructure and interests in the adjacent acreage with identified exploration and appraisal opportunities.
