In June 2024, HEQ Deepwater II acquired ExxonMobil’s 22.5% interest in the producing Llano field for an undisclosed amount. HEQ Deepwater II is the second portfolio company established through the collaboration between Quantum Energy Partners and the Houston Energy management team.
