Norway M&A | PGNiG sources more gas with Atlantis acquisition

On 24 June, PGNiG announced the acquisition of Source Energy’s 20% interest in the Atlantis discovery for an undisclosed consideration. The licence also contains the Minotaur prospect (25 MMboe).
