Libya Licensing | Libya announces winners of first licensing round in 17 years: only five blocks awarded

The results of Libya’s 2025 Bid Round, the first in 17 years, have been announced in Tripoli. Five blocks have been awarded out of an initial 22 blocks on offer, which was reduced to 20 as three blocks were combined.
