Has ExxonMobil made a big move for carbon storage sites in US GoM Lease Sale 257? The Major is set to pick up almost 100 tracts in the shallow waters of the Texas coast, close to its proposed US$100 billion carbon capture & storage (CCS) hub in Houston.
