Europe Q3 2023 M&A Quarterly | Deal activity stable, but opportunity pipeline continues to grow

Five deals were announced in Q3 2023, low compared to the nine announced in Q2, but in line with activity since Q1 2022. Four of the transactions were for undeveloped fields. The sole producing deal (Longboat-JAPEX/INPEX Idemitsu) transacted for US$8.22/boe.
