On 4 December 2025, the PPSA (Pre-Sal Petroleo S/A) held its 1st Tract Participation Round, offering its minority stakes in the Mero (3.5%), Tupi (0.551%) and Atapu (0.950%) pre-salt fields, all operated by Petrobras.
