Three deals were announced in Q2 2024, a decline from the five in Q1 2024 and the lowest activity since Q1 2023. The announced considerations totalled US$1.1 billion with the largest deal the US$530 million acquisition of Sapura’s 50% interest in SapuraOMV by TotalEnergies.
