YPF has signed contracts for eight of the eleven clusters available in its “Project Andes” divestment program. The details of each sale, including consideration and deal structure, have not been released yet, but the buyers are now known. The clusters comprised mature, conventional producing areas, sometimes paired with nearby exploration acreage. They were spread across the Neuquen (Rio Negro, Neuquen, and Mendoza provinces) and San Jorge Basin (Chubut Province).
