It was a quiet quarter with just two transactions: Roc Oil’s takeover of Tethys Oil, which concludes the Swedish independent’s strategic review announced in February, and Petroci acquired an additional 4.11% in Masirah Oil Limited (MOL), 100% operator of Block 50 (Oman), after a legal settlement.
