Welligence Angola M&A | Afentra takes the Angola plunge with Block 3/05 acquisition

UK-based Afentra has agreed to buy interests in Angolan offshore Blocks 3/05 and 23 from Sonangol, the country’s NOC. Afentra has been targeting legacy assets in proven African basins, and this is its first acquisition.
