Welligence North Sea M&A | Pandion swoops as ONE-Dyas becomes latest to exit Norway

Pandion Energy, a Kerogen Capital private equity backed Norwegian E&P company, has agreed to buy ONE-Dyas’s Norway business. The deal secures ONE-Dyas’s exit from the country as part of plans to sell its North Sea and Gabon assets whilst boosting Pandion’s reserves and exploration footprint.
