Welligence Latin America Q4 2024 M&A Report | Deal-making slows down, but new activity is imminent

The year saw 26 deals announced in Latin America, compared to 16 in 2023. Activity was primarily driven by Argentina, which saw 14 transactions. Nine of these were part of YPF’s “Project Andes” divestment initiative.
