Welligence Cote d’Ivoire | Eni makes Côte d’Ivoire’s second largest discovery

On 7 March 2024, Eni announced the Calao discovery with its deepwater Murene-1X well on block CI-205. The well was drilled in 2,200 m of water to a depth of ~5,000 m and hit light oil and gas/condensate across multiple Cenomanian intervals.
