On 1 June 2026, BP announced that it had entered into an agreement to sell a 5% interest in the Woodside Energy-operated Browse JV, offshore Western Australia (WA), to South Korea’s GS Energy. The dilution reduces BP’s working interest from 44.33% to 39.33%.
