UK M&A | Ithaca Energy and Eni propose North Sea merger

On 27 March 2024, Ithaca Energy released its 2023 results and simultaneously announced that it had entered into a four week long Exclusivity Agreement in relation to a combination of Ithaca Energy with the majority of Eni’s UK upstream operations.
