Trinidad & Tobago M&A | Touchstone Exploration acquires Trinity E&P in latest consolidation move among independents

On 1 May 2024, Touchstone Exploration announced the acquisition of Trinity E&P in an all-share transaction that puts a value of US$30.1 million (£24.1 million) on Trinity’s issued share capital. Taking account of the company’s latest reported net debt position (as of end-Q1 2024), we estimate Trinity’s enterprise value to be US$25.5 million.
