As we anticipated in our previous report where Grupo Cobra took the Carmopolis Cluster for US$1.1 billion, more sizeable Petrobras divestments were coming. And at US$1.38 billion, 3R Petroleum’s acquisition of the Potiguar Cluster is the largest yet.
