Another ILX success for Eni with Eban discovery in Ghana

On July 6th, Eni announced its second discovery on Block 4 in Ghana’s deepwater Tano Basin. The Eban-1X well was drilled to a depth of 4,179m and encountered 80m of thick Cenomanian-aged reservoir. Eban follows the Akoma discovery in May 2019. Eni estimates the Eban-Akoma complex holds between 500-700 MMboe in-place resource.
