The Welligence team attended the Venezuela International Oil & Gas Summit (VIOGS) and the fifth Caracas Gas Forum, held together in Caracas on 28-30 September 2026. Venezuela has signed firm contracts, but many deals are still at the MoU stage. Despite its constraints, the country has made reasonable progress, but it needs to be more efficient.
