Navitas acquired a 33.33% interest in the Tiberius project, with project partners Kosmos Energy and Oxy each selling 16.7% stakes; the resultant participation at closing will be Kosmos (33.33%, operator), Oxy (33.33%) and Navitas (33.33%).
