Welligence Norway M&A| Wellesley delivers on the find and sell model in deal with Equinor

On 1 March 2023, Equinor announced the acquisition of interests in Grosbeak (18.75%), Atlantis (40%), Toppand (45%), Røver Nord (20%) and Røver Sør (20%) from Wellesley. The deal value was undisclosed and contained no contingent considerations.
