Welligence Nigeria M&A | Shell consolidates in OML 118 (Bonga), buys out TotalEnergies for US$510 million

On 29 May 2025, TotalEnergies said it had agreed with Shell to sell its non-operated 12.5% interest in the OML 118 licence for US$510 million.
