Welligence Norway M&A | Kistos enters Norway with Mime acquisition

On 19 April 2023, Kistos announced its acquisition of Mime Petroleum for an initial consideration of US$1. Mime’s assets include a 10% interest in Balder and 7.4% in Ringhorne Øst with reserves of 23.6 MMboe.
