On 19 October 2026, ENAP announced that its subsidiary ENAP Sipetrol had signed a share purchase agreement with Petroandina Resources, a Pluspetrol company. The agreement covers all the shares of Pluspetrol Ecuador, which holds 100% of Block 10, including the developed Villano field.
