On 23 June 2022, BW Energy announced it is to acquire a package of deepwater assets in Brazil’s Espiritu Santo Basin from Petrobras for up to US$75 million. The portfolio comprises a mix of producing (Golfinho), re-development (Camarupim, Canapu), and exploration (BM-ES-23) assets.
