Welligence Australia M&A | GLNG JV partners acquire Meridian CSG for US$310 million

On 24 August 2026, the GLNG joint venture partners, Santos, TotalEnergies, PETRONAS and KOGAS, entered into binding agreements to acquire 100% of the Meridian CSG project in Queensland from Westside Corporation (51%) and Mitsui (49%).
