On 1 May 2026, Pluspetrol announced the sale of its operating participation in the El Corcobo project to PECOM, the upstream subsidiary of the Perez Companc Group, for an undisclosed amount. PECOM acquires stakes in four mature conventional assets – CNQ 7/A, Gobernador Ayala, Gobernador Ayala III, and Jaguel Casa de Piedra.
