The development of the Vaca Muerta has allowed Argentina to start fulfilling its potential as an energy exporter. The country already exports oil and some piped gas, but as the exploitation of Vaca Muerta accelerates, there is an opportunity to establish itself permanently as a player on the global LNG market.
