UK Licensing | Shell leads as large E&Ps dominate 33rd Licensing Round

On 30 October 2023, the NSTA announced the offers of awards in the first tranche of the 33rd Offshore Licensing Round. A total of 32 licences, five of which will be merged with current licences, have been offered to 19 companies, including 14 as operator, with Shell, NEO Energy and Ithaca receiving the most awards.
