Trinidad & Tobago M&A | Touchstone Exploration expands gas business with acquisition from Shell

On 13 December 2024, Touchstone Exploration entered into an agreement with Shell to acquire the onshore Central Block for US$23 million in cash, subject to closing adjustments.
