Shell leads the way at US Gulf of Mexico Lease Sale 256

Interest remained unsurprisingly subdued in the latest US Gulf of Mexico lease sale as the market downturn continues to impact the industry. The Bureau of Ocean Management (BOEM) received bids on 93 blocks for a total cash bonus of US$120.9 million.
