Norway M&A | Equinor acquires Shell’s interest in HPHT Linnorm development

On 14 December 2023, Equinor acquired Shell’s 30% interest and operatorship of the High Pressure, High Temperature (HPHT) Linnorm gas discovery, the largest undeveloped gas discovery on the Norwegian shelf. The deal consideration was not announced.
