Namibia M&A | TotalEnergies boosts stake in giant Namibian discovery

On 10th January 2024, TotalEnergies announced it had agreed to acquire an additional 10.5% in block 2913B (PEL 56) and 9.39% in block 2912 (PEL 91) from Impact Oil & Gas. Block 2913B holds the giant Venus light oil discovery.
