Israel M&A | SOCAR acquires 10% of Tamar gas field from Union Energy and Tamar Petroleum

On 31 January, the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced the acquisition of a 10% interest in the Tamar gas field offshore Israel.
