Egypt M&A | Arcius Energy strikes its second deal offshore Egypt, acquiring a gas discovery from Shell and bp

Arcius Energy has signed a binding agreement to acquire Shell’s 60% and bp’s 40% interest in the El Burg concession in Egypt’s shallow water Mediterranean. The El Burg concession holds the undeveloped Harmattan Deep gas and condensate discovery.
