We forecast strong oil production growth in the medium-term, with output peaking at over 5 million bbl/d in 2031 – it is a key source of non-OPEC supply growth. However, there is a long-term challenge – the pipeline of new projects does not exist to sustain production, and we anticipate a strong decline kicking in as projects mature.
