In just over a month, companies will have a chance to pick up world-class pre-salt reserves in Brazil’s 2nd Surplus Transfer of Rights round, set for December 17th. The Atapu and Sepia surplus volumes are back on the table, after no bids were made for them in the first round back in late-2019. The terms this time around are much improved.
