Pampa Energia has announced it is to swap its 100 MW Mario Cebeiro Wind Farm (PEMC) with TotalEnergies, in exchange for the French Major’s 45% stake in the Rincon de Aranda exploration block in the Vaca Muerta. TotalEnergies is also taking on the US$86 million of debt associated with the wind farm project.
