Argentina M&A | GeoPark enters Vaca Muerta through acquisition from Pluspetrol

On 25 September 2025, GeoPark announced the acquisition of operated stakes in two Vaca Muerta shale oil blocks from Pluspetrol for US$115 million. The acreage lies in the “Black Oil” window of the play.
