On 4 June 2025, Crown Point Energy signed contracts with YPF, Pampa Energia, and Tecpetrol to acquire each company’s stake in three mature, conventional producing assets in the San Jorge Basin (Chubut Province). Collectively, the assets produce 8 MMcf/d gas and 4,500 bbl/d oil.
