The year saw 18 deals announced with a total published consideration of US$4.5 billion. In comparison, 2023 had 26 deals but only US$1.7 billion of announced consideration. Gas and LNG-related assets are by far the most traded type in APAC, about 76% of all the deals. Australia was the most active marketplace with US$2.4 billion transacted in nine deals.
